Erin got her start working for her father's construction company. She loved working with her hands and the satisfaction of a finished remodeling project. It was when she bought her first home that she realized the importance of the exterior of the house in protecting the interior and adding aesthetic appeal.

Starting Erin's Roofing in 1991, Erin built the company's culture with her own family in mind. She wanted it to be kind, fair, and trustworthy. Her goal has always been to make the entire process and decision-making easier for homeowners and to provide the highest-quality products and materials.
